The imagery of Women in Bondage has always fascinated me. I wasn't more than 6 years old or so when I realized that something inside of me enjoyed watching Lois Lane being bound and gagged and squriming around. Even at that age I would seek out the tv shows, comic books and even coloring books which featured damsels in distress. One of my earliest childhood memories is of being mesmerized by a Wonder Woman comic book in which WW had been bound head to toe in her own magic lasso.
As I grew older and became more aware of the sexual nature of my fetish, I tended to try to suppress it. It wasn't until my early 20's that I discovered that there are women out there who also enjoy bondage, and I was lucky enough to date a few of them. My first girlfriend introduced me to the S/M part of BDSM by teaching me that small amounts of pain, applied in a controlled and carefull manner (and alternated with soft, loving touchs) can become sexually stimulating.
I played around with bondage photography in the late 1980's and some of my pictures were published in well known fetish magazines of the time. Sometime around 1992 I produced a bondage video for Harmony Concepts that sold fairly well. I did about a dozen videos for them after that, and I had the luck of working with several well known bondage models of that time (most of whom have long since retired). After moving to Reno in the late 1990's most of my work has either been for my private portfolio, or were done as custom content for various bondage and model's websites, or were just done for fun.
My style leans toward the "Glamor Bondage" philosiphy. The intention is to use bondage to make the model more attractive rather than objectifiying her. Glamor Bondage has a fantasy aspect to it, has you may notice when checking out the ladies outfits, poses and so forth. Although I do enjoy a little S/M in my private live, I have no desire to actually hurt or humiliate anyone, so I rarely shoot anything that depicts torture, rape and other negative activities. Instead, I prefer to show bondage as a fun and exciting game played by consenting adults for mutual pleasure.
Ok, enough about me for now.
